NOW / What’s up?

Got the keys to the Kadıköy space and just finished drawing the first Moto flash book. For the first time in months everything on the to-do list points at one thing: getting the doors open. Çok yakında — until then we’re building, painting, and taking our time to get it right.

Inspiration

Found a stack of old hand-painted flash sheets at a sahaf in Kadıköy and carried the whole pile back to the store. Sun-faded, direct, zero decoration for decoration’s sake. They’re pinned above the desk now — the kind of work that quietly raises the bar for the Moto flash book.

Nerding out

Wired the store for video. An overhead camera at the desk means every session gets filmed, and the good ones get cut into Moto TV process videos. Next up: a little loop that pushes each new flash drop straight to this page, thumbnail and all.
